When a promising opportunity came into view with only two weeks to go, MyMedia took on the brief: digital assets converted for in-person use, full stand designed and built, everything coordinated for the sales team to walk in and sell.

THE CHALLENGE

An opportunity that arrived
a little too late.

It's almost painful when an opportunity comes to your attention a little too late. That's what happened to business permit service Greenlight when an event in a promising new market came into view with only two weeks left to go.

Two weeks isn't long enough to run a normal event-execution process. It's not long enough to design a stand from scratch, source materials, route them through a typical supply chain and have a sales team trained and ready on the day. For most operators, the brief would have been a non-starter.

MyMedia took it anyway - not as a heroic exception, but because the operational model is built for exactly this kind of moment.

MyMedia was able to swiftly assess the possibilities and worked within the tight timeframe to create everything needed. We converted existing digital assets so they could be used in person, designed and made a complete event stand and other printed assets, and coordinated all production and delivery so everything was built and ready for the sales team. We were even able to give advice on branding and creative.
