A partnership-event programmeEvery partnership event,
one execution team - since 2022.
Copper's marketing works through co-hosted events with industry partners - every one needing a physical kit that carries both brands, produced in days and delivered on the venue floor. MyMedia has been the operational partner behind those moments since 2022.
The CHALLENGETwo brands, one venue,
a tight window.
A partnership event isn't a solo campaign. Every asset has to represent both brands correctly - Copper alongside the partner - approved by both sides, produced to standard, and landed at the venue in time for doors open.
Multiply that by dozens of events across London, New York, Geneva, Zurich, Amsterdam, Davos and Lake Tahoe, and the operational challenge sharpens: partnership events happen on the partner's schedule, not yours. Windows are tight. Approvals need turnaround. And when the venue is a rush booking - badges needed for a London event tomorrow morning - the whole production and delivery layer has to move at co-host tempo.
Copper needed a production and delivery partner who could absorb the whole workflow without slowing the partnerships team down.
The SOLUTIONThe production layer
behind every partnership.
Copper's marketing team briefs into a single accountable team at MyMedia. Every event, whether it's a co-hosted networking evening in London or a co-branded moment at a global crypto conference, runs through the same people, the same production network, the same workflow.
Same-day and next-day production. Partnership events routinely need name badges, menus, banners or signage inside 24–48 hours. Local production partners in the UK, US and Europe absorb those windows.
Two-brand-approved workflow. Every co-branded asset routes through a single review before production - so both Copper's and the partner's brand teams sign off once, not twice.
Delivered to venue, signed for. Direct-to-venue delivery with confirmed sign-off - badges to reception, banners to the event manager, name-time-and-date on every drop.
Continuity across the years. Since 2022, one team has owned every brief. When a new event runs a variant of a previous format, the reference is already there.

The SOLUTIONThe named events
the programme has run.
A partial list of the co-branded partnership events MyMedia has produced physical kit for - each one requiring its own creative treatment, both-brand approval, and delivery to a specific venue on a specific date.
These are the moments that don't make the headline but do decide whether a partnership feels professional on the day. Name badges at reception. Menus on the table. Banners on the wall. Delivered ahead of doors open, signed for, ready.
Alongside the named partnerships, the programme covers Copper's owned events (the Copper Summit in London, Christmas gatherings, quarterly London and NYC roundtables) and hospitality moments at industry conferences.

THE OUTCOMEA partnership programme
that just runs.
Years in, the Copper × MyMedia relationship has become the operational default: partnership events get scheduled, kits get produced, materials arrive at venues. The partnerships team focuses on the partners; MyMedia handles everything downstream of the brief.
The measure of the relationship isn't a single showcase moment - it's the fact that the physical layer has stopped being a source of friction. Rush-order name badges get to London reception at 13:46 the same afternoon. Menus land at Amsterdam venues the day before doors open. Same-day drops at NYC hotels get signed for by the right person.
Not everything has been perfect - over the years there have been late deliveries, cancelled orders, and moments the process could be sharper. What's held the relationship together is one team owning every event, with the full history in one place, learning as it goes.
In a single line"Years of co-branded events, produced by the same team, the same workflow - so the partnerships team can focus on the partners, not the printers."
