A global sponsorship calendarOne brand,
twelve cities,
one execution team.
How MyMedia runs the physical side of Kraken's global sponsorship and hospitality calendar - from Miami and Jackson Hole to Abu Dhabi, Prague and Saint-Emilion - through a single accountable team.
The CHALLENGEA rolling calendar
of global events.
Kraken runs a global sponsorship and hospitality programme that hits somewhere in the world roughly every two weeks. Every event needs its own physical kit - napkins, wristbands, menus, signage, gift bags, apparel - produced to brand standard and landed on time at venues from Miami to Abu Dhabi.
The operational challenge isn't any single event. It's the tempo: a rolling calendar across time zones, briefs arriving with different lead times, and a central marketing team that needs to keep every one on-brand without becoming a full-time production shop.
Kraken needed a partner who could absorb the whole physical layer - brief to venue - and run it at the pace the calendar demanded.
The SOLUTIONOne accountable team,
every venue.
Kraken's events run through a single MyMedia team. Each brief lands with the same people, gets routed to the right production partners in the right market, and lands at the venue on time - whether that venue is a hotel in Ireland, a stadium in London, a hospitality suite at Consensus Miami, or a private château in Bordeaux.
One team, every brief. The same MyMedia team owns every Kraken event, so lead times, contacts and preferences carry across each one instead of being re-explained.
Local production, local delivery. Brief in London, produced and delivered in Prague or Rio - through vetted local production partners routed by MyMedia rather than shipped internationally at the last minute.
Kit-of-parts, on repeat. Napkins, wristbands, menus, signage - the same brand kit landing at every venue, with local variants where the venue or partnership demands.
Full visibility, no chasing. Every brief, every proof, every dispatch tracked and reported back - so the central marketing team can see the whole calendar without picking up the phone.

THE FOOTPRINTWhere the calendar
actually lands.
A snapshot of the venues Kraken events have hit through MyMedia in a single year. Different cities, different formats, different local production partners - one accountable execution team.
Notable moments include Consensus (Miami) and Money 20/20 (Amsterdam) - the industry-defining crypto and fintech conferences - alongside a hospitality programme spanning Bordeaux wine country, the Grove estate in Oxfordshire, and a stadium moment at Tottenham Hotspur.
Every one of these ran through the same MyMedia team, with the same kit-of-parts logic.
THE OUTCOMEA calendar that runs
without heroics.
The measure of success on a rolling event calendar isn't any single triumphant showpiece - it's whether the whole thing feels routine. Kraken's central marketing team briefs the next event and moves on. Delivery lands where it needs to. The kit is on-brand. The proof is the calendar itself.
What used to be scattered production spend across ad-hoc suppliers is now consolidated: one relationship, one accountable team, whatever the venue and whatever the market.
In a single line"A rolling calendar of events across three continents, running through one operational relationship - brief to venue, every time."
