THE PLATFORM

Our MyMedia OnDemand platform gives clients full visibility and control over their assets, orders, and inventory - from anywhere, at any time.

MyMedia was founded by John Sreetharan, who grew up working in his father's print shop. With a practical understanding of production and a strong interest in technology, John launched a web design business in 2002 that quickly evolved into an e-commerce solution for B2B print services.

Over time, the business expanded to cover custom print, branded merchandise, and event collateral - all managed through a centralised service. As client needs grew more complex, MyMedia added logistics support to handle global deliveries, event shipments, and stock management.

Today, MyMedia is the Marketing Logistics partner for global B2B brands. We support clients with demand generation through physical marketing - direct mail campaigns, events, personalised print, branded merch - while taking care of every step from production to delivery.

We operate an in-house design and production studio and work with a carefully selected network of suppliers, chosen for their consistency and quality. With operations across Southeast Asia, the US, Latin America and Europe, we deliver reliable service at scale - from one-off requests to high-volume, multi-region campaigns.

2002

UK - Origins and heritage

Founded in the UK by John Sreetharan, inspired by his family's legacy in printing. Initially focused on early web design and digital solutions for B2B print services.

2006

China - Global supplier network established

Expanded operations into China, establishing a vetted network of high-quality suppliers, enabling efficient global production and distribution.

2010

Argentina - International event production

Opened a production base in Buenos Aires to support international events and Latin American campaigns - bringing local execution to the network.

2015

OnDemand platform launched

Built the OnDemand platform to give clients real-time visibility of every asset, every order, every market - the operational backbone of every campaign that runs through us today.

2018

US operations - Chicago HQ

Established a US headquarters in Chicago to serve North American clients with on-the-ground production, depot capacity and time-zone-aligned campaign support.

2022

TransPerfect - ten cities, one platform

Launched a dedicated OnDemand portal for TransPerfect to absorb their international expansion across ten cities - the anchor case study for what Marketing Logistics looks like at scale.

2026

Formalised the discipline of Marketing Logistics as a named category - the way we describe what we've quietly been doing for two decades.
